[FONT=Arial] I have been unable to access one of my hotmail accounts. Have tried accessing it through Messenger and MSN (which both open without problem), and through net passport. What I get is a "New to MSN Hotmail" page in which the only options are a "Sign up" button, or to "Match the characters in the picture" with a "Continue" button. The former is just to open a new account. If I complete the latter, I get a new window to "Sign in to Hotmail" when I enter my email address and password, it goes back to the original "New to MSN Hotmail" page. My other hotmail (2) accounts work fine. I've had this one for years without any problems. Nothing new (software or hardware) has been added recently. Any help is appreciated. Steve

Successfully? Yesterday morning. Have restarted my computer several times since with no change.
