when Google+ automatically updates on my zte merit it want finish updating because it says I need to install Google play services. When I try to install Google play setvices I get the error message that says, insuffient space. Can you help me solve this problem please?

Have you tried deleting another application to make space for this "important" install? Insufficient space means that the application is too large for the amount of storage space that you have remaining on your smartphone.

All the apps that are on my phone is supposed to be on there. So I have downloaded anything.

I can try resetting your phone, to clear all storage of your device.
