Ran tweaking tool in safe mode.
After computer rebooted, the speaker icon in the taskbar (bottom right corner of screen) is xed out. (The Audio Service is not running.) Update: Rebooted and sound icon shows working.)
Ran the troubleshooter.
Same messages as post #29, EXCEPT, Service Registration is missing or corrupt. Not fixed

Hi,
Did you run any malware check on the machine?
The log show no Antivirus installed and Windows Defender is off!
There is an old version of Malwarebytes installed, my suggestion is to remove it and install the most recent version https://www.malwareb...nload/thankyou/
run a Scan and remove everything detected.
