My Kaspersky Total Security won't turn on according to the Windows 7 Action Center. According to Kaspersky it seems to be running. What is wrong. It also says Windows Firewall is disabled. I have tried rebooting my computer twice which used to fix this but now it won't fix it.

It is running again according to both after another reboot.

More than likely malware related.

I just ran a virus scan, no threats found and it appears to be running correctly.
