I cannot understand if it is my driver that caused the issue or the overheated graphics card. I am doing all that I can to restart my PC back, but I just can't. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by the above so can you explain for us, what happened, what you have tried and as much information that you know about your computer hardware, if a brand name computer post the brand and exact model name or number so that we can do some research.
