I'm having the following problem - my BT Cloud dashboard comes up, and shows Backup, Restore, Music Upload all OK, but the Synch icon spins a few times, stops, and then I get "BT Cloud not responding". Then I have to close BT Cloud. In my Windows 10 Control Panel, System Reliability, I'm getting a graph showing issues found, with BT Cloud being identified as the problem, details as follows:
