Does anyone know if there is a free tuneup software for windows 10 desktop PC 64 bit? There is so much junk out there I don't know who to trust. I run IObit advanced system care and some other software by IObit and it was loaded with malware. I run malware-bytes and got close to 200 entries that Malware-bytes caught. Someone told me about ATF-Cleaner and TFC but I don't want to try nothing else unless someone can say it's safe.
