Problem with USB wifi adapter ?

So i bought usb wifi adapter two months ago and it work good for a long time but stopped suddenly ,and when i check device manager<network adapter i see only this (802.11n usb wireless lan card)
Usually when it was work there was two blutooth icon appear when expand (network adapter ).

-should i buy new usb wifi adapter ?

In answer to your question, Yes.

 

Note that WiFi and Bluetooth are two different animals. Wi-Fi provides high-speed access to the internet. Bluetooth is slower and only works over short distances.

As already mentioned Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are two different things so even with the two BT devices not being listed the wireless USB dongle should still work.
