I have a Acer laptop, win 10 and the lap occasionally turn back on, I restart it and the same thing happens.

Hello,
some things to try.
Open the network adapter in Device Manager, Power Management tab and uncheck "allow this device to wake the computer"
If that does not work check the setting her
Navigate to--> Control Panel \ System and Security \ Power Options \ Edit Plan Settings \ Change advanced power settings \ Sleep \ disabled "Allow wake timers"
