Computer running slow and closing windows

Yup, I was reckless and installed a virus that came with another program. Some apps close as soon as I open them, like cmd and discord, and chrome also closes when I search for anything that contains "virus" or "adware" , etc. my computer got really slow too, to the point I can barely keep an app going smoothly.Thank you in advance for your help, and I really hope I get rid of this problem.
