Is there a way I can connect my pc to my Aiwa music system so that I can not only play all my saved music (probably over five thousand tracks) or internet radio?

Of course yes, I have the same connection via cable directly to my sound card. I have loudspeakers SVEN connected with my laptop. There is no problems

Many thanks Dimwich, now off to find someone who makes that sort of cable up as I will need about 4/5 metres of it.
