Operating system Windows 2000

Following an update from Microsoft my CPU is running at 100%

When looking at processes running I have 2 versions of SERVICES.EXE on of which is running at 97%

I remember that I used to have a services.exe process but I don't recall SERVICES.EXE

Event viewer indicatesd.

System Log - RED X BITS and DCOM

Application log - warning for MsiInstaller

Any ideas?
