Hi, I have Windows 10 and have an Ancestry account. I can get on Ancestry, but when I try to open a page within Ancestry, I get an Error message, telling me to check my Firewall or Proxy server. I called Ancestry and they can access that page on my account and tell me its on my side. Where do I go to add that second page's address so I can access it while on their server and my account?

Which browser are you using? I recommend restoring its defaults and or try another browser to see if it has the same issue or not. Let me know if this works or not and if you have any questions.
