Yes that is the correct command. It is not showing anything after hitting enter?

Step 1:

Download Speccy to your desktop

1. File > Save Snapshot. This will create a file called [hostname].speccy
2. File > Publish Snapshot. This saves your snapshot to their servers
3 Copy and Paste the link to your next Reply

Step 2:

  1. Download the System Update Readiness tool to your desktop
  2. Following the instructions to Run shown in the same link above
  3. Once it is finished a checksur.log file will be created in Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
  4. Upload the log to your reply

If you need help finding the file then copy and paste the following into command prompt

copy  %windir%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\checksur.log"

This will copy the checksur.log to your desktop

Yes I need the log file that was created during step 2. See the following:

Step 2:
Once it is finished a checksur.log file will be created in Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
Upload the log to your reply

If you need help finding the file then copy and paste the following into command prompt
copy %windir%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\checksur.log"
This will copy the checksur.log to your desktop
