I'm only have problems with RESTART Only.  I disconnected all drives RESTARTED and your right I had no problems. Thanks I'm going to look into getting the piece of hardware you found.

 

I'm going to go through my notes I've taken since this problem and make sure I have not forgot to ask you anything and then we can close this Post. This may take me a couple of days for the next reply.  I have private messaged you.
