I have automated birthday wishes mail sending using excel and VBA code. The task scheduler should be trigger and send mail using outlook every day irrespective of the user logged in to that system.
The issue is Task not visible in other other user logins.
I have tried by selecting SYSTEM account to when running the task, use the following account.

please help me how to create task schedular which is available for the all user who is loggin to that LOCAL SYSTEM.

When a task is setup and runs from task scheduler it will run under all users. It just will not show anything about the task unless the task user is logged in. The normal users should be able to see the task running under task manager etc.

Hi,

Using outlook to send the e-mail for a a schedule task like that isn't a very good idea!

The outlook configuration is independent for every user, unless you have the computer running with that user account logged in, outlook will not have the configuration you expect...

I didn't search but I suppose it would be possible to send mail directly to the mail server in VBA without using outlook... I know that Powershell can do that without needing any other application...
