Today I have had Skype not launch, which I had to reinstall and just not LibreOffice crashed. Is this a cause for worry? I get real paranoid about this kind of thing.   I reported the crash to LibreOffice and managed to fix Skype. Could something be wrong with my Dell Latitude running Windows 7?

EDIT: LibreOffice now won't open.

Most likely, both glitches occurred at the same time by accident. That being said, you want to make sure that everything is alright. Have you scanned your system to check for malware? Install a legitimate av tool and do an inspection. If nothing is found, I wouldn't worry too much.

Also, whenever a program crashes, I always check if I'm running the latest version. If your software is outdated, you can expect weird things to happen.

If I were you, I would scan the system against malicious software. In some cases, malware does not allow some programs to start/kills them immediately.
