How do I interpret this memtest log file?

Hi there, 
 
I am not an IT person but am trying to work out what is going on with this Surface Book 2, and am hoping someone may be able to help me interpret these memtest results.
 
So, due to bluescreen errors and other instability, I have been trying to run memtest on the Surface Book from a USB stick. When I start the test, instead of seeing a progress screen, the screen is black except for a keyboard icon in the bottom right of the screen. Apparently the test does not complete, as when one selects 'previous test results' it says there are no advanced test results available. I have pasted the log file below. From what I have been able to glean from the memtest manual and online, it seems to me like the references to 'Blacklist' in the log indicate that the Surface Book is somehow not compatible with memtest.
 
Could someone let me know if this log file indicates any problems with the computer, and if there is any way to get the test running correctly?
