You'll probably hear the fans inside your computer turn on, are they, see some or all of the lights on your computer turn on or flash, and then it will all stop?

 

If you won't see anything on the screen do you hear beeps coming from the computer?

 

I did see the fans go on for a second before turning off, same with the lights on the motherboard. And no I didn't hear any beeps when it was on

If this new power supply unit have a valid warranty then contact the store where you have purchased this power supply unit and ask for replacement because your problem started when you connected this power supply unit.

 

okay, though when I got it checked out the other day when they diagnosed the motherboard was bad they said the power supply was good.

 

I do have pictures of the inside of my pc as it is right now. I could submit those so you can get a good look at what's going on

I had to re-read the entire list of what’s been done.
I know you don’t want to take it back to the shop. I get it. I will tell you that they took you. They did not do their job. I would bet that no computer repair shop will have boards in stock. It’s not a common failure item. They never verified the psu. They told you it was the board and ordered a board. If they wanted they could have ordered the same board. The same board would have used the same ram, the same cpu, and when it ran most likely the same drivers. They should have known that a different board would have most likely used a different cpu and ram.

To summarize, what I understand is you have a new board, new ram, new cpu, and new psu.

Keep the new graphics card out. If the new board has a port to plug in the monitor then use that otherwise use the old card.
Even though the old psu is 300 watt, put that back in and try it. I suspect you removed it due to it being under size for the new graphics card.

Who put in the new board? Is everything plugged in correctly?

yeah the old psu was too weak to power the new card. The old PSU has 300 watts.

 

my brother and cousin did, they put in the board, cpu, and RAM. We aren't 100% sure since nothing seems to work.

okay after some investigating I think I might have the culprit. it was the CPU I got, it's incompatible with the motherboard.

What is the make and model of the main board? Who is the manufacturer?

the motherboard is a msi Z270-a-pro turbo m.2 and the CPU is Celeron Processor G4920

Your motherboard does not support Celeron G4920 CPU, you can find the list of supported CPU's from below link.

thanks though I found that my motherboard isn't for a gaming pc but I do plan to replace it and the cpu soon
