Hi Batpark,
Firstly check to see if you have iTunes installed on your computer. On some, the manufacturers install it as part of the software package that comes preinstalled on a new computer, whilst on other it is not and if it's wanted then it has to be downloded from Apple and installed.
Don't be misled by the appearance of an item in the "uninstaller list" it doesn't necessarily mean that the application and all its components is actually fully installed. you can't usually start the application from the uninstaller.
There should be an entry in the start menu on your computer if it is fully installed, but you can usually check by looking to see if the executable file is resident in your C\Program Files\iTunes directory ( folder) the executable file is usully called iTunes.exe ( note the suffix may not be visible if you have your computer set up to hide them.
If you find the executable file then a right click on it will enable you to create a shortcut that you can place on your desktop (or anywhere else) if you wish.
Regards
