Do either (or both) of these apps allow a user to call a landline-not-connected-to-the-internet? Thanks.  ...batpark

Sky have this feature where you can call a person who is not connected to the internet. But they charge for making a call.

Whereas WhatsApp does not have this feature, it only allows a user to contact the person using Whatsapp only.
