Dear I need help. I have uploaded a pic for you check. My hard disk's partition showing a lot of volumes but I can't do it a volume. In "Disk Management" I have partitioned for couple of time but an unallocated volume with no size is always appearing. I need the suggestion when I shrink or extend or delete a volume or making a partition will be a disk & not be shown as many volumes that I created which is showing like a history. If I make a volume all that is showing many then all the volumes remains there as a disk with many size volumes for same drive or partition or volume.

You have your disk set to dynamic.  Convert it back to a basic disk.
