Hey All!

I've had my brand new Gigabyte Aero 15X for 3 days and it has been nothing but headaches.

I need help with two specific issues:

1. It constantly Freezes and has to be restarted

2. Images online appear very blotchy (see attached)

*Solutions I've tried:

1. Uninstalled Graphics Card using DDU Uninstall tool and reinstalling

2. DISM Commands

3. SFC/Scannow

4. Windows Update

Hello mmalan,

That is an expensive piece of kit and being only three days old you should not be having to try and fix such issues, return it to place of purchase and have them put it right or replace the notebook.
