Since the TV signal into my house is terrible, I thought I would check the noise on my internet, see if it is affected. Can somebody translate this stuff?

You would do better posting on a forum associated with your cable provider but the two important numbers are SNR (yours look OK) and Uncorrectables.

Unfortunately the Uncorrectables are cumulative so you need to hit

Reset FEC Counters

which should clear the counters and then wait 24 hours and see what it says then.  Best would be if they were all 0's
