It's at 41 percent at the third command as we speak... Will I be able to install Windows even after formatting the usb?

Well when we entered clear all we formatted all the data from both usb and hard drive right? Because disk 0 was hard drive and 1 was the usb

It says this error : we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one for more information see setup log files

Update: I see the asus brand with the loading symbol saying "getting ready" this must be good

Last update maybe?: I'm back on my desktop. Everything is up and running... Anything I should check as I reinstall what I once had? (besides avast)
