.NET Runtime Optimization Service in Task Manager

Ever since the May "patch" this week, there are 2 mscorswv.exe and mscorswv.exe *32) showing up in the Task Manager. There is no avtivity showing with them (they are not using memory). I wanted to know if it had anything to do with the patches since I usually don't see them in the TM. When I left click on one and go to Services, this is what is there:
