I need someone to help return my Vizio 70" SmartCast. I've some how, went into a SmartCast tab, now I cannot get runoff of a window that states I need a new remote which has an up down left right button. I've just yesterday had my cable installed, andI would like help returning to my Cox Cable

Not from the US so until someone else comes along see if the How to Reset your VIZIO Smart TV info here and the Cox support info here are of any use, hope the info helps and good luck.
