Hello ongoing,

You download Windows 10 directly to the USB thumb drive.

There is no burning involved when you download the media directly to a USB device and no third party software such as Rufus is required when you use the Microsoft Media creation tool to download Windows directly to a thumb drive.

Burning is a term used for writing information to a disk using an appropriate type of optical drive which in turn uses a laser to burn the data to the disk and Rufus can be used for such things as creating bootable thumb drives, being that you can download Windows 10 directly to an 8GB or above USB thumb drive you will not need to use Rufus or burn anything to disk.

Downloading to a 64-bit ASUS notebook would automatically select a 64-bit download and if we have the correct HP Stream here Windows 10 Home 64 is the same on both computers, do we have the correct HP Stream and specifications for it.

Not sure what is going on with your ISO but we need to make sure that your Windows media is good before doing anything else.

See if the Qemu download/guide here helps any

Would recommend that you try an alternative thumb drive that is 8GB or more but see info here for how to deal with the above.
