Hello!

I have files with some generic extension .bsi and .asi and looking for a way to convert it to Excel readable format.

Some friend told me the file might be serialized...

I'm not a programmer, that's why ask for a guidance, some friendly way to convert the file.

You would have to zip up a .bsi or .asi file to upload it.  7-zip works nicely and is free of malware:  https://www.7-zip.org/

 

Have you tried opening it in wordpad?  Does it show any text?

Yes, I opened it with Notepad ++ and it shows gibberish, somebody told me it might be a serialized text. I attached the zipped folder. Could you look at it please?

Any idea where these files came from or what program generated them?

It's ultrasonic equipment generated files.

 

Here you can find the software ISONIC 2010 setup.zip that I work with to open this files, but only in graphic representation.

I looked at the manual and it appears it's a proprietary format so I think your only chance is to talk to the maker, explain what you need and see if they can help you.  I can see how keeping a record of results in a spreadsheet would be useful so probably they would be inclined to add the feature.

Yep, I talked to the company official. They want incredible price for the converter...
