Okay my display screws up almost every time I log in... My mouse shows up and sometimes my search bar but when I try for everything else it takes forever to load up. It almost stops loading and sometimes goes completely black... Any suggestions?

Have you tried using a System Restore Point created BEFORE the problem started?

Regards

What happens if you boot into Safe mode if the Restore does not help?

I want to tell you Microsoft has released a Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting Service (ATS Fix it) with this you can automatically detect and fix these display bugs. It will help you to automatically diagnose and fix an issue that affects display quality and readability of your text.

If you download this ATS Fix it and run it, it will scan for issues. You can choose to let it fix the problems automatically for you or you can opt to select and apply these fixes by yourself. Once the scan is over it will present you with a Troubleshooting report.

Do your system boot normally or when you boot monitor screen remains blank cuz if it does then I don't think it is a display problem. This is a software or a hardware problem, either your window is messed up or there so connection problem in your system. It's best to take it to the tech support.
