windows server 2003 HELP?!

hey... i have c: , D: and E: as partitions on my harddrive... on c: i have win 2000 pro
and on e: i have win xp pro... but on d: i just have some folders.. but i now wanna put 2003 server on d: but when i go into setup when i am running xp it will not let me do this... it just automatically goes to a fresh installation on E: ... how do i get it so that i can install win 2003 server on d:????
