On friday the 13th june at 1.20am when i opened my email i got spyware ,its name is fvprotect and aawtmp ,i removed all the files with 'find' also went to start up by running 'msconfig' checked out the box for 'norton virus-fvprotect',so after this i notice suddenly theres no sound in my speakers
,i have downloaded everest by reading some post here ,but dont know what to do next ,please help me guys.... i love music,cant hear anything now
