I am having issues with about blank links in my Facebook account I cannot get out get rid of dont know what to do please help

Not sure what is going on without some screenshots but Facebook has so many ads that if you don't run FB Purity extension it is impossible to use on a slow connection. Get the FB Purity extension for your browser https://www.fbpurity.com/

and also the Ublock Origin extension (the best ad blocker - available as an extension for most popular browsers except IE - get it through your browser store - remove any other adblockers) and see if things don't improve.
