Basically what I want is to have a small app window with buttons on that when clicked insert set text into a notepad file. Eg. Click the "date" button and it inserts the current date into the notepad file that you have open at the point where your text cursor thingy is (Ibeam).
Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial on such an app or just give me some help, thanks.
