It was my backup copy just in case. Time passed and today I've decided to extract some valuable info from it, of course, the sources of the content in archives were deleted some weeks ago. One of the archives wasn't opened. I saw unpleasant message: "The file or directory is corrupt and non-readable". Another archive opened correctly. I understood that I had to make repairing zip data. But built-in feature didn't solve my trouble with error.

Sounds like file system is corrupted or your antivirus causing the issue.

Open the Command Prompt by clicking Start Menu --> All Programs --> Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt, and open it as an administrator.

Please execute following command to fixes errors on the C: partition.

Chkdsk  C:  /r
You will be prompted to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts, type Y and press enter key.

The bigger the HDD capacity, the longer it takes for it to repair errors on the HDD.

Please replace the C: drive letter with the drive letter where it zip archives are corrupted.
