Hello,

I have been getting the following errors when trying to update windows 10.

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803

2018-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4132216)

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709

2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4088787)

This is an HP Pavilion Notebook

Edition windows 10 home.

The updates keep automatically trying to install.   Some are successful,  the ones above keep failing.   This has been happening for months.

How do I get them to successfully install?  Or if they really don't need to be installed,  how do I get them to stop trying to install?

Thanks,  Cindy

Okay that looks better now. Please perform the following next steps for best results of updating without issues. Let me know if it is successful this time or not.

1. Disconnect any none essential peripherals such as flash drives, external hard drives, extra montiors, card readers, etc
2. If using any Antivirus other then Windows Defender then disable or for better yet uninstall
3. Perform a clean boot
