I'm having a restart problem...

I'm running Windows 2000 SP4.
1 GB Ram
Dual Athlon processor motherboard

When I go to restart, windows closes down just fine, but then the screen goes blank like it's about to restart, but then nothing happens... my monitor then says "no signal"

I can hear that my computer is still on.

if I turn off the computer manually, and then turn it back on, it loads windows up fine...

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas about this ??

Thanks in advance.
