I am trying to compile a video in Premiere Pro and the computer keeps rebooting, sometimes almost immediately after I start again.

This is AMD FS™-8150 8 core processor with 3.62 GHz, 16G RAM, 64bit operatiing system.  Nimbus was custom built by RAIN supposedly to handle all photo, music and video multimedia needs.

Have you checked the temperatures of you system while running using Speccy or some other temperature monitoring tool? That would be my first thought. While running for a while perform the following:

Step 1:
Speccy
Download Speccy to your desktop

1. File > Publish Snapshot. This saves your snapshot to their servers
2. Copy and Paste the link to your next Reply

Unfortunately we cannot read any of the speccy report the way it was posted. Please follow the directions carefully and only post the link to your speccy report and no the full report here.

I thought I did as asked with Speccy, but in the above post, I see nothing, with only a link to the Speccy page, and none of my data, all blank.  Did I do something wrong?  Computer just rebooted while in Photoshop, much less going on than a video.  I still get no notifications of replies.

We need your speccy information as the first step to help troubleshoot. Please follow the detailed guide below.

Step 1:

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

 LUDoziL.png

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.

 speccy2.png

The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

 speccy3.png

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste. This will copy the link needed to access the information.

Step 2:

Download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop

  • Right click on program and select Run as Administrator
  • Select to Run All options
  • Click Go and wait patiently
  • After it completes (a reboot may be needed)
  • MTB.txt will be saved on your desktop
  • Upload MTB.txt file to your next reply

Is there some way to delete my long empty post above?

Last time I ran it, some items were in the warning 53 degrees.  This time I ran after a reboot where the computer wasn't even that warm, more in the 40s.

Okay please perform the minitoolbox step next. To remove the other post if you can no longer delete or edit then contact an admin to have it removed. I am on vacation this week so my replies are very limited.

It looks like you may have an issue with your licensing.

Download and save to desktop - https://go.microsoft...k/?linkid=52012
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
