Previous to my upgrade this month, I was using Outlook 2010 where all of my email accounts used a common inbox. Now using Outlook 2013, each account has its own inbox. With over a dozen email accounts, this is a pain.

I have a outlook pst file which has all of my old emails; in this pst file (which is open in Outlook 2013) the inbox is not receiving all the incoming mail, which is what i want to do.

Does anyone know how to make all inbox/incoming mail go to a common inbox?

I don't know of an easy way to achieve this, however Diane Poremsky, ( a Outlook MVP) has written a Macro that will probably help with viewing your multiple inbox.

For further information take a look here:

Let us know if this does the trick for you....otherwise perhaps its a question of using a different email client?

Thank you for the link. Up until I upgraded from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013, I was able to move all inbox mail to a common inbox... maybe it was rules. I will tinker around.
