Hey All,

I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro (7140) with Intel Core M-5Y71 and 8 GB RAM.  It has Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

I go to log into any of the accounts and after the ball spins around for a couple of minutes, it looks like the profile loads (i can see the desktop) but then immediatly I get a blue box that pops up in the middle of the screen and says:

Your PC will automatically restart in one minute.

Windows ran into a problem and needs to restart.  You should close this message now and save your work.

I am not able to click on anything.  It just reboots.

I was able to get into the BIOS screen and flash the BIOS with the most up to date BIOS but it looks like that didn't do anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

mewsick75

Sorry to hear of the boot up problems with your computer.

Can you get into safe mode?

See here for how to do this:

Thanks for getting back to me.  I can get into the Recovery menu.

I can't get past Bitlocker.
