I'm running Windows 10 on the problem computer (Dell Inspiron 11-3000), 10 and 7 on the others. All are Home versions fully updated.
The problem computer can see and access other computers on the Workgroup with either wifi (the internal b/g/n and the USB a/c regardless of whether they are on the 2.4 of 5G bands.
Both of those computers can see and access files on the problem computer when connected on the internal b/g/n but cannot see or access that computer when connected only on the USB 5G a/c adapter.
Thanks in advance for suggestions or a heads up that it just can't be done.
