Date tile on Start screen is wrong ?

With my Windows 10 desktop ..... when I hover the cursor over the time (in the lower right corner) I see the correct date -- "Tuesday, November 13, 2018". When I press the Windows key (in the lower left corner) I see the Start screen with its many tiles. But the date tile and all the other time-sensitive tiles are set for "Tuesday, the 28th" (apparently of August). How could that be? Puzzled.        .... batpark
