What is this? when I bring up Internet Explorer, this one page comes ukp and I cannot get rid of it. It is entitled Privacy Vulnerability Detected (403 BHO Warning)

It goes on to say that "your PCS keeps records of all your online and off-line activity", etc and also down the page... "Your computer is full of evidence". They are attempting to sell something and I can not delete this page. Any suggestions as to what it is??

Click start then run, type services.msc then press enter, look for messenger, double click it then stop if running and then set start up type to disabled, click apply

Click start then control panel, network and internet, internet options, delete cookies, delete files, tick include offline content, clear history
