Hi

I recently bought a new laptop and i cannot connect to in-game servers via Ethernet.

I still can access internet and things like steam or discord.

The problem only affects Ethernet as I can connect to in-game servers via WiFi.

I don't believe that its a modem issue as other computers connected to the Ethernet don't have this problem.

I have reinstalled and updated my network adaptor drivers and also did the "netsh int ip reset" + "netsh winsock reset" fix and that has not helped.

I disabled my firewall and got rid of my anti-virus (Norton) and it didn't help.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Brad

If it is new and not working, return it for a replacement or refund.
