Dear experts,

I need your kindness to solve a problem that I have. If I try to download any game from MS Store the process gets stuck at the "downloading" phase. I can login and select the game, then can't download

I've the strong feeling that it was blocked by admin, but I can't find how to work around it. I've already checked (or I think I did so... ) the policies, founding nothing. I've admin privileges

I can download other apps, like iTunes, no problem

I'm on Win10 enterprise edition

thanks in advance for your support!!!

cheers

Hi Faina,

Is this your home computer or work computer?

Are you admin on the computer?
