My Nintendo Switch, due to my less than stellar internet, is trapped at NAT C, which renders me incapable of playing games like Diablo 3 with friends of mine. Researching showed me that I could open ports via my router which I tried to do but experience no improvement. My router is a tp link ac1350. I decided to roll the dice and put my switch into the SMS which also proved futile as my NAT type did not change from C. Because I experienced no difference I have a feeling I'm doing something wrong and was wondering if anybody experienced in this field or at least with my particular router could help me out as other people with NAT type D were able to jump up to B through opening ports or diving into the DMZ altogether. Any help is greatly appreciated.
