Can anyone explain how to open and read this file type? I know its config. But when its opened all I see is diamonds w/ ?'s and a few misc. Characters. I've tried text editors. Html readers, etc.
And what is the appropriate name for that code? Hopefully I wont sound so retarded in the future. Ty!

All of the .cfg files on my Win 10 are text files.  What created yours and where are they located?
