I accidentally unplugged my PC the other day while it was running. Now when I log in it says it can't sign into my account to log out and back in. I've tried that and several other tbings. It don't even show my profile in users but it shows my picture when you click the windows button at the bottom left. Oh I don't have a recovery point from the past either. Can anyone help?
