Somehow the Google search app on my W10 pc has been compromised. Now, when I call for a Google search, the job is done by an app called Search Encrypt. Search Encrypt is not nearly as good as Google; among its shortcomings, it does not do arithmatic (2 + 2 =).

How can I eliminate Search Encrypt and get back to real Google? FWIW, I do not see Search Encrypt when I goto the CP facility for removing programs.

Thanks for your help.                     batpark

Hi batpark,

Sounds like a browser hijacker or something like that.

You might want to post in the malware removal section.
