are you still able go to the BIOS... if yu can,,,,, just go to the BIOS and check if all the configuration are ok all the peripherals and drives... as well as all the hardware set as automatic... then leaved your PC on BIOS for at least 2 hours... this is what many called as "sleeping into BIOS" but basically verifying if all the hardware componect are still detect in the BIOS.
Next... turn off the PC... no connection into the main outlet, unplug the powercable on the back of the CPU then push and hold the POwer button of the PC for at lease 10-20 second.. this what they called removing the flee power.

Once your PC rebooted.. check out if there's error message/s take note that..
Another troubleshooting will follow.. if ever there's an error message...

thanks for the help.

I tried reinstalling everything including OS and up to now there has been no restarts. Im trying to install the programs 1 by 1 and testing if there are changes to the way my system performs.

im down to two last programs...

AZUREUS (torrent downloads)
and
Winfast TV USB II software (hardware not plugged in up to now)

any feedback to these two apps?

thanks in advance!
